One of the speakers was Jagadish Bhattarai, Chartered Accountant, who has helped several business establishments. He is currently the auditor of Nepal Telecom, NEA, and UNFPA/UNDP/UNICEF, among others.
He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal and India, and Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK.
The second speaker was Prabin Kharel, practicing lawyer (advocate) specializing in Corporate Law and he has been helping businesses get legal advice in Nepal.

The interaction included questions and answers on legal and accounting matters related to startups, or related to small businesses. Bhattarai and Kharel also shared their own experiences with the participants.
“People often get nervous and confused when the term legal process is mentioned, so they need proper mentorship,” added Bhattarai.
