The deceased has been identified as Tilak Kafle of Rajbanshi Chowk, Biratnagar.[break]
According to East Regional Traffic Police Office, Itahari, the incident took place when a car (Ba 7 Cha 9534) hit Kafle.
He breathed his last while undergoing treatment at the BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan.
Police said legal action has been proceeded by taking under the car and car driver Manish Kumar Shah of Biratnagar-14.
