The accident took place when a vehicle (Ba 3 Cha 7439) coming from Kalanki hit the cycle riding by Subba around mid-night. [break]
According to Sub-inspector at the Metropolitan Police Sector Nabaraj Khadka, Subba died while undergoing treatment at Sahid Memorial Hospital, Kalanki.
Pradeep Mahat, 21, of Manamaiju-5 and Amit Lakhandari of New Bus Park were injured in the accident. Police arrested driver Ram Kumar Shrestha and impounded the vehicle.
