Yadav, who had phoned the police, taking full responsibility for planting a bomb at the District Development Office premises last week, was arrested from his home.[break]
Yadav had not revealed his identity while calling up police.
He was tracked down based on the call details of the phone, informed Laldhwoj Subedi, Chief of the Ward Police Offfice, Lahan.
Police have also recovered weapons and explosive devices including detonators among other things. Three other JTMM cadres have also been held along with him.
