LAHAN, Dec 13: Federal Socialist Forum Nepal (FSFN) Chairman Upendra Yadav has said that it has now been easier to address the issue of the Madhes. “The mandate of the Madhes movement and the elections of the Federal Parliament Provincial Assembly are in favor of the Madhesi people,” said Yadav, adding, “We are confident that the to-be formed government will address the Madhes issues,” he said.
Talking to Republica Online after being elected to the House of Representatives from Saptari-2, Yadav said that Madhes issue is not the issue of a particular region or a race but the national issue. This issue should be resolved collectively.
