The early morning smog seen from the Swayambhunath Stupa on November 23,2017. Kathmandu's Pollution is 9 times higher than the limit given by the World Health Organization(WHO).Levels of PM 2.5 fine particulate matter rose to 95 microgrmas per cubic meter in Kathmandu on Thursday.
