Chief of Doti District Public Health Office Mahendra Shrestha said Paharam Bhandari, 70, of Gajari-9, and Chandra Devi Kami, 52, and 45-year-old Alibhan Kami of Kalikasthan-6 are the latest who to succumb to the disease.
The epidemic that first hit the district in early July has so far affected 20 Village Development Committees (VDC) in the district.
The Health Ministry, meanwhile, has put the total toll due to diarrhea-cholera in Nepal at 321 including 154 in Jajarkot and 48 in Rukum. This tally, however, does not include the three new deaths in Doti.
