Irate Devkota slapped Subedi on May 2 alleging them for the delay in the peace and constitution drafting process. [break]
According to police Devkota, 50, was rushed to the Kantipur hospital at Tinkune following chest and eye pain on Saturday morning.
Devkota who is originally from Gorkha was arrested shortly after the incident.
Police have lodged an FIR against him under Public Offense Act. Devkota after the arrest told the police that he does not regret anything.
