The meeting that was coordinated by Sub-committee member Madhav Kumar Nepal also began discussions over fundamental rights of citizen, Nepal Army and other issues that are yet to be finalized for the new constitution, said the Committee Secretary Tek Prasad Dhungana.
The Committee’s meeting held on March 11 had agreed to provide for a Supreme Court and a separate Constitutional Court.
There are 38 disputed issues yet to be decided for the new Constitution.
The sub-committee’s next meeting is scheduled to be held on 8:30 am on Monday.
