Dinesh Rai, Centeral Chairman of the Union, drew the attention of the government in this connection at a press meet in Birgunj on Sunday.
Some industries have closed and hundreds of labourers have become jobless due to instability of the government as well as electricity shortage.
So the government should think about it, said Rai.
Rai also requested the government to be serious on the seven point demands handed over to the Ministry of Labour and Management two years ago.
Rai warned of waging a protest from February 13 if the demands were not heard up to February 12.
Stating about 2,000 labourers have lost their jobs after the closure of crusher industries, Rai also demanded to make concrete policy on it.
He called for increasing the salary of labours working at the industries by 31 percent.
