The selected contestants were chosen on the basis of personality, the level of confidence, general knowledge and intelligence. [break]
The judges for the audition were NirjanThapa, Manhunt International Nepal 2011, Choreographer Rachana Gurung, TV personality Suraj Singh Thakuri, Samriddhi Rai, Miss Tourism Queen Asia Nepal 2013 and Manchin Shakya, Mr Physique, Manhunt International Nepal 2003.
The contestants will undergo a training session from August 17 that will focus on personality development, presentation and confidence building among others. The training session will be conducted by personalities like Rachana Sharma Gurung, Prashant Tamrakar, Joseph Sebastian, Anup Baral, Raj Bhai Suwal, Suraj Singh Thakuri and Rishi Dhamala among others. During the training period, the contestants will be competing for Mr Personality, Best Physique, Most Popular, Mr Talent, Mr Photogenic, Living Most Stylish and Mr Friendship.
According to the press release, the grand finale will be held on September 28 at Army Officers´ Club, Sundhara in Kathmandu and the winner will participate in Manhunt International 2013 scheduled to be held in November in China.
The title holder and the first and second-runners up will walk home with a cash prize of Rs 100,000, Rs 20,000 and Rs 10,000 respectively provided by PROstyle, the title sponsor of the event. The sub-title winners Real Mr Talent and PROstyle Best Hair will also be awarded with the cash prize of Rs 10,000.
