Khadka was on a morning walk when the bus hit him. He died at BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan during treatment, a relative said.
Khadka was an 11th grader at a Kathmandu school. Following the accident, Khadka´s relatives vandalized the bus. Police said the bus conductor was driving the bus at the time of accident.
Police have detained the driver but the conductor is at large.
