According to Area Police Office, Pashupatinagar, Tara Bahadur Lapcha of Fikkal-7, on Thursday asked a shopkeeper, Narendra Shrestha, to give him a beer on credit.
"When Shrestha refused to give beer on credit, Lapcha went home, brought a muzzle loader, and shot Shrestha," Devendra Pandey, inspector said. Shrestha, who was injured, died while being taken to BP Koirala Institute of Health and Sciences, Dharan.
