GORKHA, Oct 4: The caretaker government has no right to bring budget, said Vice-Chairman of UCPN-Maoist Dr. Baburam Bhattarai.

Speaking at a press meet organised in Gorkha on Monday, he said that discussions were underway to bail the country out the present crisis. [break]

He said that the Nepali Congress was obstacle to formation of a national consensus government under his party leadership.

"The Maoist party is ready to sacrifice for progression, peace and constitution," he said, adding that the stand of Congress against national consensus and active movement of royalists could affect federalism, secularism and republic.
