Genaral Gurung is scheduled to meet the the directors at UK foreign ministry and Commonwealth office during his stay. [break]
He will also visit the headquarters of the UK Army, Brigade of Gurkhas, Gurkha Welfare Trust, Gurkha Museum, the Defence Academy of the UK and the 2nd Battalion of The Royal Ghurkha Rifles and Nepali Embassy.
Gurung will begin his visit by attending a banquet organised on his honor by the Chief of the Army, UK, General Sir Peter Wall on Monday.
CoAS Gurung is accompanied by his spouse Kamala Gurung, General Netra Bahadur Thapa and Major Shiva Shankar Gurung.
CoAS Sharma completes a year at the helm of Nepali Army
