Lal Bahadur Kaila, a former guard who was recently fired from his job, attacked the two inside the office itself on Friday afternoon.
Kaila and the other two are undergoing treatment at Rapti Sub-Area hospital, Ghorahi. Kaila was given retirement for not obeying staff at the office.
The attacker was held by other office staff and handed over to police. According to police, Kaila had entered the office area from the main gate and locked it.
After that, he attacked the two office chiefs before injuring himself.
