20th memorial day of Madan Bhandari observed

HETAUDA, May 17: CPN-UML Makawanpur District Committee has observed the 20th Memorial Day of Madan Kumar Bhandari, the then general secretary of CPN (UML), on the premises of Martyrs´ Park in Hetauda Municipality-11 by paying floral tribute on Friday.



Various leaders and cadres including Dhanada Poudel, Secretary of CPN (UML) Narayani Zonal Committee, Dor Mani Poudel, former Mayor of the municipality and former parliament member Krishna Prasad Dahal paid homage offering tribute to the statue of late Bhandari on the occasion.[break]



Likewise, Sahitya Sangam Makawanpur is organizing zone-level literary competition to markt he day.
