NEW SOUTH WALES, Australia: Nepali Kala Sanskriti Tatha Sahitya Pratisthan (NKSSP) celebrated 203rd Bhanu Jayanti at Ashfield Polish Club in New South Wales, Australia on Saturday to acknowledge the poet for his contribution to Nepali literature.
On the occasion, Santoki KC was awarded as an outstanding achiever under cultural category, Nirmal Gyawali for literature and Sara Pandey and Sara Pandey under child category.
NKSSP's member Tripty Pandey's delivered her welcome speech as the function that was attended by Uma Karki as a Chief Guest.
Pandey performed her stunning dance at the beginning of the function which was followed by reiterations of poems and gazals.
There was also a dance performance by 2016 outstanding achiever in cultural category KC. NKSSP Advisor and patron Janaki Paudel had informed the audiences about the organization’s activities.
