According to Prof Dr Man-Gon Park, chairman of Korea Multimedia Society (KMMS), one of the major organizers of the event, the conference will discuss and share experiences on cutting edge multimedia technology. [break]
He said academic discourses will be one of the benefits of the conference for people related to information and technology sector. The international event will be attended by 100 IT professors from Korea alone. It will also see participation of experts from 30 countries.
Besides KMMS, the other organizers are High Level Commission for Information Technology (HLCIT), and IEEE Region 10, Changwon Section.
The organizing committee has called to submit research papers on various subjects of multimedia and the best research paper and the best young scientist (student) will be awarded, according to a release provided by the organizers.
"Nepali IT related professionals and students can learn many things by participating in this conference", Juddha Bahadur Gurung, member secretary of HLCIT, said during a media briefing on Saturday.
