The All Nepal National Free Student Union called the closure against the thrashing of its cadre Shankar Poudel by the cadres of All Nepal National Independent Student Union-Revolutionary (ANNISU-R) while he was returning home from Surya Secondary School in Gokhunga on Thursday. [break]
Police have detained Prakash Khanal, Bed Bahadur Hanjali and Lal Bahadur Khanal on suspicion of involvement in the attack. The injured Poudel is being treated in Sandhikharka, the district headquarters.
