Nepal beat Jersey by 6 wickets in WCL Div 5

KATHMANDU, Feb 20: Nepal beat Jersey by six wickets to win its first match in the ongoing Pepsi World Cricket League Division 5 held at the BSAM Ground, Bhaktapur on Saturday.



Nepal met the target 175 runs set by Jersey in just 38 overs.[break]



Captain Paras Khadka scored 69 runs while Sarad Vesawkar 33 runs and Shakti Gauchan 32 runs.



All the Jersey players were sent to the pavilion in 44.5 overs by Nepali players as two wickets each were taken by Shakti Gauchan and Sanjam Regmi.
