Those arrested in this connection are 19-year-old Suman Giri, 20-year-old Anil Giri and a 14-year-old boy of Sukhaura-3, police said. They had raped the girl on May 28.
Police is planning to file a rape case against Suman and Anil and to send the 14-year-boy either to a rehabilitation centre or in the custody of his parents after necessary investigations.
