During a telephone conversation with Nepali Ambassador to Bahrain, Padam Sundas, the Bahraini government authorities said that the Nepali workers will be shifted to a safer place where the health workers will treat them, according to the embassy.

The Bahraini authorities told the ambassador that they have made a new arrangement to take care of the foreign migrant workers.

The embassy has urged the Nepali nationals in Bahrain to immediately contact in case of emergency.

Bahrain has a total of 1556 COVID-19 cases, and eight people have died so far.
