KATHMANDU, Sept 27: The main opposition party, CPN-UML party has called its Standing Committee meeting today at 11:00 AM.
The meeting will be held at Tulsi Lal Memorial Foundation in Chyasal, Lalitpur.

The meeting will dwell on the demand of the party’s Central Committee members to bring amendments in the existing number of office bearers.
The three-day CC meeting that concluded on Sunday proposed to increase the number of Vice Chairpersons to seven while keeping the number of general secretaries, deputy general secretaries and secretaries unchanged. The meeting is also expected to discuss the implementation of the 10-point agreement.
