KATHMANDU, Dec 25: Nepali Congress leader, Prakashman Singh, today said the Congress District Treasurers' First National Conference has contributed significantly in bringing about financial transparency in the party.
Speaking to the NC district treasurers during a tea reception held at his residence in Chaksibari, Singh called for dealing with the money taken from party's ministers through a systematic procedure. "If the party is to be made stronger, it must be strong and able financially," he said.
On the occasion, State Minister for Industry, Kanchan Chandra Bade, said the party has accomplished a historic task by holding the first national conference of its treasurers. RSS
