KATHMANDU, Jan 31: Nepal Police have arrested 11 individuals with an amount of Rs 1,362,500. A team from the District Police Range, Kathmandu, and Police Circle, Sorhakhutte, arrested 11 individuals along with the cash from Hotel Vienna operated by Amala Roka Magar located in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-26, Jyatha. The information about their arrest was made public on Tuesday.

Arun Ghimire, 54, from Jorpati, Kathmandu; Hari Bol Khanal, 44, from Kavrepalanchowk; Kishor Adhikari, 28; Deepak Gurung, 41, from Chitwan; Krishna Bahadur Rai, 44, from Nuwakot; Shankar Shahi, 28, and Raju Pant, 30, from Rupandehi; Ghanshyam Sharma, 26, from Rolpa; Lila Dangi, 36, from Bajhang; Meghnath Buchbandi, 40, from Baitadi; and Arjun Gurung, 35, from Gorakha, were arrested.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Bhupendra Khatri, Head of District Police Range, Kathmandu, said that they were arrested while gambling at Hotel Vienna in Jyatha.
