MANDALA STREET FAIR 2009
To promote Sagarmatha Complex on Mandala Street, Thamel, the Mandala Street Fair started yesterday and will run through October 31. The major attractions at the fair are live mini demonstration of bungee jumping and canyoning by the officials of The Last Resort. During the demos, you can also win a free bungee, rafting or canyoning trip at The Last Resort on Bhote Koshi. Likewise, you sample different cuisines at the food stalls or at The Factory while Arniko Skateboards have put their Nepal-made fabrics and garments on sale; and you also get varieties of incenses and Ayurvedic health tips. In the meantime, not to miss would surely be the live performance of Newari music by Kutumba.ACOUSTIC EVENING
