10 Tibetans arrested

DOLAKHA, June 2: Police on Wednesday afternoon arrested 10 Tibetans crossing into Nepali territory without permission. They had come to Nepal via Lamabagar border point.



A police squad arrested them from Satdobato Chowk in Charikot, the district headquarters. Those arrested -- seven male and three female -- are being kept at the District Police Office.



The detainees had made it to Charikot by avoiding the police at three police posts along the route.



The Tibetans will be sent to Department of Immigration for further action, SP Hemanta Thapa said.
