According to police, the accident took place when a bus, Na 5 Kha 3099, heading to Birgunj from Kathmandu hit a tractor, Na 2 Ta 9150, at the place.
The deceased is Kanhaiya Mahato of Kalaiya Municipality who was riding on the tractor.
Similarly tractor driver Ram Narayan Das, his assistant Dinesh Giri and Shyam Babu Sahani who were on the tractor were injured in the accident.
Moreover, police have impounded the bus and arrested the bus driver for further investigation. RSS
