PANCHTHAR, Nov 8: Residents of Pallotar-2, Panchthar notified police after discovering a bomb early morning today. The bomb has been diffused by Nepal Army’s bomb disposal squad of Bhairabi Batallion. Nobody has claimed responsibility of the bomb.
