KATHMANDU, March 27: A young man has been murdered in Ochu height, Imadol, in Lalitpur.
According to Lalitpur Police Range, the victim, 30-year-old Ripak Khati, who originally hailed from Ramechhap and resided in Mahalaxmi Municipality-4, Ochu height, was killed.
Fire in Imadol brought under control

Suman Rasaili, a resident of Ramechhap, killed him by stabbing him with a khukuri at around 1:45 am last night. Police said that 25-year-old Rasaili involved in the murder has been arrested. The accused attacked him with a khukuri during a dispute. Injuries were seen on both sides of the deceased's neck and cheek.
The murder accused, Rasaili, was taken into custody by the Imadol police last night and handed over to Lalitpur Police Range. The police team conducted an investigation at the scene last night and sent the body for post-mortem to Patan Hospital at around 4 am on Thursday.
Rasaili has told the police that he attacked Ripak with a khukuri because he had teased his sister. Both of them hail from Ramechhap. Police suspect that they might have known each other beforehand.
Further investigation regarding the incident is currently underway, police added.
