Bindra Saud of Balata-4 has given a birth to a strange baby boy at Blata Health Post this morning.
Born as a first child to father Man Bahadur Saud and mother Bindra, the baby's face resembles a monkey while its brain is outside the skull.

With 2 kg of weight, the baby has unusually big eyes and limbs while her fingers are normal, health-post in-charge Bal Bahadur Budha told Republica.
