Veteran actor Gauri Malla is Prime Minister Asha Singh in this drama which has kept all its viewers entertained throughout the last 12 episodes. 'Singh Durbar' has been praised not just for its strong female character but also for its ethnic inclusiveness and for introducing characters from the LGBTI community in a positive and non clichéd way.In the grand finale this Sunday, viewers will see PM Singh completing her tenure at the office and gearing up for a new election. Along with Gauri Malla, actors Ramesh Ranjan Jha, Anil Pandey, Praveen Khatiwada, Bhintuna Joshi, Alok Thapa, and Mithila Sharma are also part of 'Singha Durbar.'
The TV series is produced by Search for Common Ground Nepal along with production partner Mila Productions and funded by USAID Nepal.
