Upgrade of primary health center featured on election agenda

KANCHANPUR, Nov 23: Candidates of the Nepali Congress (NC) and left alliance for the House of Representatives from Kanchanpur district constituency-3 have presented their election agenda to upgrade the primary health posts of Dodhara-Chandani and develop this as a hospital.

KANCHANPUR, Nov 23: Candidates of the Nepali Congress (NC) and left alliance for the House of Representatives from Kanchanpur district constituency-3 have presented their election agenda to upgrade the primary health posts of Dodhara-Chandani and develop this as a hospital. 



NC candidate Ramesh Lekhak has put forward the agenda of transforming the health centre to a 15-bed hospital. He has been the parliament member from the constituency since 2056 BS. 



Likewise, left alliance candidate Dr Deepak Prakash Bhatta has floated an agenda to make the primary health centre to a 50-bed hospital. The left alliance has the election campaign that there will be 50-bed hospital at all local level. 



Dodhara-Chandani which has a total population of 50,000 now is in Mahakali municipality. It has a total voter of 22,395. As the voters of Mahakali will be decisive in the election of Kanchanpur constituency 3, both the candidates are in competition to attract voters to their favour. 



Candidate Lekhak has also given top priority to the Mahakali Bridge, dry port and river control in his election campaign. RSS
