BIRGUNJ, May 20: Locals of Birgunj Metropolitan City-27, who were participating in the victory celebration of Nepali Congress (NC), have accused CPN-UML members of attacking them on Thursday night.
NC has accused a group consisting of CPN-UML's ward chairman candidate attacking them.
