KATHMANDU, Nov 22: The protest rally organized by Bagmati Province Committee of the CPN-UML began at Bhrikutumandap in Kathmandu.
The rally is being organized to exert pressure on reinstating the House of Representatives (HoR) dissolved after Gen Z protests in early September.

The rally began at Bhrikuti Mandap and walked past Bhadrakali, Sundhara and Ratna Park before returning to Bhrikuti Mandap.
Traffic along Exhibition Road in Kathmandu has been halted and diverted through other routes due to the demonstration. Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office informed that vehicles were rerouted via Padmodaya and Sabha Griha junctions.
Authorities also warned that vehicular movement around Tundikhel could be affected by the rally and commuters are advised to use alternative routes for smoother travel.
