KATHMANDU, Oct 5: Two teenagers died after being struck by lightning in Rautahat district on Saturday.
According to District Police Office Gaur, the incident occurred in Katahariya Municipality while the boys were walking along the road amid continuous rainfall.

The victims have been identified as Sheraj Laheri, 16, and Naveen Yadav, 17, of Thiyahi village in Katahariya-2.
Police said both sustained critical injuries from the lightning strike and died on the spot. Their bodies have been sent to Provincial Hospital, Gaur, for postmortem.
