MORANG, July 22: Two people died in a road accident on Friday morning in Budhiganga Rural Municipality-2 Gangachowk.
According to Police Inspector Rajkumar Karki at the District Traffic Police Office, Morang, Harka Pariyar, 27, of Kerabari Rural Municipality-7 of Morang and Bhim Bahadur Rai, 21, of the same place died after the two-wheeler they were traveling on collided with a trailer vehicle with Indian number plates.

The trailer vehicle with Indian number FR38F 2210 heading to Itahari from Biratnagar hit the motorcycle with the registration number Ko 30 Pa 9103 going in the same direction. Police said that the driver Pariyar and Rai were severely injured in the collision. They died while undergoing treatment at Birat Teaching Hospital during treatment.
Police have detained the Indian number plate trailer vehicle and its driver and started necessary investigation.
