MORANG, Feb 5: Two workers were electrocuted while working on power supply expansion in the Railway line of Budhanagar-3.
Two Nepal Army soldiers electrocuted to death in Chitwan
The incident took place on Saturday evening when workers boarded on a crane were shifting electric poles in course of the railway line expansion. Ram Narayan mandal,26, of Chitaha-9 Sunsari and Rajesh Sardar,22, of Chimadi-8 of the same district died in the incident, according to Superintendent of Police Sandip Bhandari. They died while undergoing treatment at Koshi Zonal hospital in Biratnagar.
Two other workers injured in the incident—Ramu Mandal,32, and Kashi Thakur,24, of Chitaha-9 are undergoing treatment at the same hospital. Sintu Koirala of Biratnagar-4, who was driving the crane, has been taken into custody for necessary investigation, police said. RSS
