Transportation halted for 15 days in Nawalparasi villages

PARASI, July 11: People of hilly region in Nawalparasi district have been affected after the obstruction of vehicles for 15 days due to landslides triggered by floods along the Daldale-Bulingtar road section, the only hilly road in the district.



Locals said that they were forced to trek to the nearby cities for services after the road was blocked by the floods in different areas.[break]



People of 13 VDCs including Rakuwa, Arkhala, Jaubari, Narum, Dedhgaun, Bulingtar, Bharatipur and others have been badly affected due to road obstruction.
