KATHMANDU, Nov 21: Durlav Thapa Chhetri of Nepali Congress is leading in Bhaktapur -2.
He has secured 4,200 votes and UML candidate Mahesh Basnet Chhetri is trailing behind him with 3,400 votes. Thapa is ahead of Basnet by 800 votes.
