CHITWAN, Dec 4: An 18-year-old girl who had travelled to Sauraha for a school trip died after falling from the fourth-floor window of a hotel on Wednesday night.
The deceased has been identified as Sneha Pakhrin, a resident of Kamalamai Municipality–6 in Sindhuli and a student at Siddhababa Plus Two Management Gurukul.

According to the Chitwan District Police Office, the incident occurred at around 11 pm at Park Side Hotel in Ratnanagar Municipality–6, eastern Chitwan. She was rushed to Ratnanagar Bakulahar Hospital, where doctors pronounced her dead at 11:45 pm.
The body has been sent to Bharatpur Government Hospital for post-mortem. Police said an investigation into the incident is underway.
