KATHMANDU, Sept 25: Super Madi Hydropower Limited (SMHL) has announced to grant five percent bonus shares to the shareholders, drawn from the profits of the last fiscal year.
The SMHL has decided to distribute a cash dividend including five percent of the paid-up capital and 0.263 percent for tax purposes. The current paid up capital of the SMHL is Rs 2.10 billion.

The SMHL convened their 15th annual general meeting on October, 21, for the purpose of passing the cash dividend proposal.
For the purpose of the annual general meeting and dividend distribution, the company will close the books from October 4 to October 21. The permanent shareholders will receive the dividend until October 4.
