KATHMANDU, Dec 6: In the first match of today’s Nepal Premier League (NPL) fixtures, Sudurpaschim Royals have set a target of 148 runs for Biratnagar Kings.

Batting first after losing the toss at the TU International Cricket Stadium in Kirtipur, Sudurpaschim posted 147 runs for the loss of six wickets in the allotted 20 overs.
Both Sudurpaschim and Biratnagar have already secured their playoff spots. Sudurpaschim, having locked in the top position, are confirmed for the first qualifier. The outcome of this match will determine which team will face Sudurpaschim in that qualifier.
