Srijana Finance AGM okay for 2:1 rights issue

KATHMANDU (REPUBLICA): The 15th annual general meeting (AGM) of Srijana Finance Ltd has approved a proposal for a 2:1 rights issue. Issuing a statement, the finance company said the AGM, held on Wednesday, also endorsed the company's annual report for Fiscal Year 2014/15. According to the statement, the company earned an operating profit of Rs 66.1 million in the last fiscal year. The finance company is also opening new branch offices in Morang, Sunsari and Saptari, the statement added.
