The ministry has set a target to create employment opportunities within the country in a way to engage competent human resources for the nation's prosperity, Minister Sah shared.

"Producing skilled human resources is a pressing need." The ministry does not have adequate resources to host the fair. However, we are planning to adopt the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) model. We will work with the private sector to mobilize the CSR fund for fairs."

Likewise, the ministry is making groundwork to sign labor permits with an additional five countries, he said.

Minister Sah further stated that the ministry will monitor the laborers' workspaces to ensure they are safe and well-managed, and will hold accountable those responsible for any labor exploitation that is established.
