KATHMANDU, Nov 7 : The Supreme Court (SC) is set to resume full operations from November 17, after having provided only partial services since the Gen-Z protest incident on September 9 that resulted in arson and vandalism inside the court premises.
A full meeting of the Supreme Court on Thursday decided to restart all halted services and proceedings, including hearings on cases that were affected by the incident. According to the Court’s notice, since most case files survived the arson, hearings for cases with scheduled dates will proceed as usual from December 16 onwards.
