On Sunday, the writs were scheduled to be heard together by the division bench. However, the case was removed from their hearing list.
Previously, on Friday, the bench of Justice Abdul Aziz Muslim had rejected the request for an interim order and directed the opposing parties, including the Prime Minister's Office and the Council of Ministers, to submit a written response. After the preliminary hearing, the SC instructed the relevant government bodies to submit a clear written response along with the necessary documents.
