Police Inspector at the Saptari District Police Office, Suraj Khadka said that Yadav had carried out an explosion at the house of Mahesh Nath Sharma Luitel at 9.30 pm on February 2. Before this, Yadav had called Luitel from an Indian phone number, introducing himself as a cadre of the Bhagat Singh underground outfit and asking for a ransom of five million rupees from the Luitel family.
Similarly, Yadav is accused of threatening one Upendra Prasad Saha of Kanchanrup Municipality-1, Saptari district, over the phone demanding a ransom of one million rupees within 24 hours or else he would carry out a bomb explosion at his house.
Police said Yadav planted and carried out bomb explosion at Saha's house on January 16 after Saha failed to pay the ransom to him.
Besides this, Yadav is also found involved in abduction, looting and various other criminal activities, police said. RSS
