RPP lawmakers walk out of House meeting

The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) lawmakers have walked out of the House of Representatives meeting.

KATHMANDU, June 15: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) lawmakers have walked out of the House of Representatives meeting.


The RPP lawmakers left while the session was ongoing on Sunday.

During the meeting, Chief Whip Gyanendra Shahi said that attempts were being made to run the house through intimidation. He stated that they would not participate in the proceedings as their demands for the resignation of the Home Minister and investigation into the visit visa issue remain unresolved.


Meanwhile, Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) lawmakers continued to protest loudly.
